You have 0-7 point

You are probably not high sensitive. Although that can not be said with absolute certainty. For instance, if two of the items are very rough for you, it can mean that you are high sensitive.

You have 8-14 points

You have 15-23 points

You are likely to be high sensitive (HSP-er). You are more sensitive to nuance than most other people. It may be useful to read a book about high sensitivity or to get to know other highly sensitive persons. It may be that you recognize a lot and thereby are becomming somewhat more aware of this trait of yours.
